EMDR or eye movement desensitisation reprocessing is a psychotherapy that is recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence and the World Health Organisation as a treatment for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). However, it can help with a range of difficulties that may relate to trauma experienced at any point in life.

EMDR is a structured therapy involving assessment, treatment and review alongside bi-lateral movements like eye movements or tapping.
I also offer counselling and provide a calm, confidential space in which you can discuss difficult feelings or problems. I aim to provide creative problem solving and support you to discover your strengths.
